Disappointed & fed-up

Hi<br> <br> It is with regret that I write this but I really feel that Exclusive Books needs to take their business seriously. After 5 months Oct2014-March15, I still haven't received my birthday gift/book. 2 books were purchased online by a friend. I collected the parcel at Stellenbosch & was not even told that there should have been 2. It was weeks or months later that I discovered the truth. We called & they said book got sent 2Midlands Mall (PMB) *strange* but they were going to sort it. More months passed & still no book. In February 2015 I personally dropped by PMB shop and inquired, wasted more time there but was happy they said the order was sorted & they even offered a voucher. Finally received a call to 2fetch book the past Monday but 2my disappointment once again the only book that was there was the voucher book. Since I did not want to risk more airtime, time & petrol waste attending 2this matter I told the lady that there should be 2 books, she said no there is just 1. My friend had to waste more air/time enquiring all over again. Was just about to submit this when I received calls from a guy from online shop whom I think has sorted the 5month problem
