Damaged and dirty books

I order most of my books through their online service which usually work wonderfully. That being said, my last few orders have arrived and the books look used and dirty… they have creased spines as though they’ve been read, the edges of the cover are a bit scuffed and there are what seems to be streaks or stains of dirt on the edges of the pages.

I ignored this the first time, it is now the 3rd time this has occurred and it is very displeasing especially for someone who treats their books very well and enjoys keeping the in good condition.

This review isn’t a reflection on the service received as like I said my experience with exclusive is usually wonderful.
