Beware of gift cards.
Beware when you buy a gift card at Exclusive Books. When you ask for a R350 gift card. You are not giving a R350 gift because they charge you R50 for the card and the gift certificate is only R300. BEWARE Your ticket number is 8187.

17 Nov 2022, 09:31I still have not had the courtesy of a reply and to make the service even more deplorable I cancelled an order and their Customer Care Agent CATHERINE MILLER advises me that it will take 72-96 working days for it to reflect in my account.
What type of accountancy system do they have.
