BEST SERVICE EVER!

I have had 3 experiences with Exclusive Books.

1. When the country was bought to a stand still because of the unrest in KZN. I was looking for a book high and low, no one could help me (Bargain books confirmed they had in stock and were open only for me to drive 60km to them to realize they were in fact closed). Eventually I phoned Exclusive Books @ Mall of Africa and they confirmed they have one is stock, she asked me to hold while she checked the condition of the book and came back confirming that they have that one in stock. I begged her to keep the book and promised to be by later the day. She confirmed she would keep the book, taking my name and number. I showed up 2 hours later and went to the cashier confirming I phoned in for the book, she then took out this pristine book from behind the counter with a sticky note containing my name and number. I have never been so happy.

2. My sister ordered a book online for delivery and accidentally entered the wrong street address, I phoned in. Customer service answered after the 3rd ring, she was extremely friendly and helpful. I gave her the account details and order number after explaining the situation. She changed the address and confirmed that is was the correct address. This book was delivered the next day. To the correct address.

3. Just ordered a book yesterday that I cannot find in stock anywhere else in South Africa. Order confirmed dispatched later the morning, courier confirmation order collected that evening. Just received the out for delivery SMS from the courier facility. Next Day delivery at no extra cost all the way from Durban to the Vaal. THAT IS SERVICE!
