Bad service and delivery

On 12 August I ordered and paid for 5 books from Exclusive Books. I was given a delivery date of 27 August. I have received 3 of these books, in drips and drabs so far, and am still waiting for the last two. Don't ever order from them - they take ages to deliver and only communicate with you when you query. Totally useless - nearly a month after I paid - they were quick to take the money, but not so quick to deliver by their promised date !!!! I will use any other seller in future, but never, ever, Exclusive Books!
