Atrocious Service Levels

Phoned the Exclusive Books store at the Pavilion and spoke to the Manager regarding the availability of certain books. The Manager knows very little about the stock they carry and has very little knowledge when it comes to books in general. Also have not received any phone calls after being promised to follow up regarding the availability of books I requested. Have taken my business elsewhere. #BlackFriday
