Appalling service from completely untrained staff

<p>I ordered an e book on Exclusive Books Website and after paying got an order confirmation to collect at Exclusive Books Waterfront Cape Town as a free delivery address and that they will contact me once the item has arrived. Went there twice in vain just to hear, no, it hasn't arrvied yet and hasnt even dispatched yet...</p> <p>Today when calling yet again the so called helpline *** for the how maniest time, I was finally advised that this ebook has to be downloaded. Why could have nobody told me that before after spekaing to at least 5 undertrained people from Exclusive Books? Asking for how to download ist, a very "bright" character by the name of "Eisha" told me I needed a computer for downloading. Thanks for this, valuable info, I thought these ebooks grow on a tree.... Then another staff by the name of Andile sent me several links but still not able to download.</p> <p>I involved a supervisor, but still no response.How difficult and time consuming (over a week!) can it be to order an ebook which on an international website would take a couple of hours??? Never ever again Exclusive Books! !</p> <p>Do yourselves and your clients a favour and change your wrong and misleading order confirmation and the complicated and still not working download process and - most of all - train your staff!!</p> <p> </p>
