Appalling Lack of Comms & Service from Exclusive Books

I would have awarded ZERO stars but it is NOT an option. For such a reputable company I am flabbergasted by their online service. I placed an order yesterday, EFT paid and debited.NO CONFIRMATION. Today my password (which is correct) is erroneous and now my email is not recognised.I emailed them. No reply.Tried the toll-free number. Out of service.Emailed again and nada. UTTERLY APPALLING online platform with zero feedback and comms. I will NEVER order from them again. Also, their website is appalling compared to Reader's Warehouse and Wordsworth Books.
