Absolutely disgusted

<p>If I could give less than 1 star I would. I placed am order online only to be told my order was voided. Not only was my order voided but It has been 2 weeks and I have not yet recieved my refund. My emaisl are not responded to as well as being placed on hold for excruciatingly long time. I am disgusted and horrified. Never again will I use exclusive books online.</p>
