3 months waiting for 4 books worth R1000 to be devlievered

I purchased 4 books at the value of R1000 on the 14th of November 2022. They were scheduled for delivery on the 10th of January 2022. A whole two months later, I decided to give them the benefit of a doubt and was not in a rush to get the books. Today is the 15th of February 2022 and the books have not been delivered. No communication whatsoever ever about delays etc.I have been calling their number it just rings and rings, sending emails, just getting an automated reply with a ticket number. I have tried to cancel the order to no avail. I have never had such a terrible experience, such a disappointment considering their books are R30 to R50 more expensive than the same books listed on Take a lot, and with a turnaround time of about a week. I would have never used them but because I had a gift voucher, I had no choice. But now I regret it.
