Very impressed by the neatness of the site. The inside of the show room is immaculate. It was a 614km trip for me to get there and I was very pleased at how they had everything ready for me when I got there. Adele with her bubbly personality was quick and efficient, which is exactly what I needed as I was driving the same road back that afternoon. Another major point for me is how Adele gave me piece of mind that if I found any issues on the way back home with the 'new' vehicle I could go ahead and get it fixed and they would remunerate me. I didn't have that feeling from Adele that once the vehicle was sold that as a client I must get in my car and go. They worried about the insurance of the vehicle and whether the tracker should be activated and all of this was after the payment had been done. Thank you exclusive auto for a great experience!
