Vanessa and Stef - Brilliant Service - more than just a dealership

Words can't explain the gratitude we have for Vanessa and Stef

I would like to start with thanking Vanessa from the bottom of both of our hearts.

I have worked with a lot of F & I's in my life but have never came across one so special as Vanessa. This was the first time my husband bought a car ... Vanessa has a heart of gold she is such a special person and Exclusive Auto is lucky to have her as a employee. She made the whole process so easy and even fought for a unbelievable low interest rate for us. She never fails to deliver. I asked her to make the delivery special for him, and she arranges a huge goodies box with the nicest treats, she got the car covered with a red sheet and assisted us till way past her knock off time.

Vanessa you are a beautiful person inside and out never let anyone change you.

We had a huge problem on our car and the Sales Manager Stef, took our hand and assisted us from start to finish. Even after I got so angry that I wanted to cry and lost my temper with him, he calmed me down and promised me he is gonna speak to the dealer principal and try and assist us , and he came back and they took care off all the expenses to get our car in top shape.

If I read threw the complaints on here I would like to say to everyone that laid complaint, remember how you treat someone determent's how you get treated, and if you unreasonable you make your whole experience horrible.

From our side we can't say thank you enough for Vanessa, Stef and the dealer principle for handling everything from start to end with grace ... These 2 people have not once not treated us with at most respect and humanity.

My last word to both of you keep up the grate work and never ever stop treating with respect and humanity you both are brilliant. thank you again
