Terrible service at Exclusive Auto in Pretoria

I bought my vehicle an A3 1.8 at this dealership - Exclusive Auto in Pretoria, in February 2018. . On the day the problem started my husband was driving from Jhb to Bela Bela and the problem started upon arriving at his destination. The gear selection grid couldnt stick to one particular selected gear, it was moving on all gears. The gears couldn't change smoothly. My husband then picked up that the problem was gearbox related. He contacted the local mechanic for advice and was told that he should not drive the car any further. The towtruck was called and the car was taken to the dealership. The dealership refused to carry the cost of transporting the vehicle to them. The dealership, took a long time for them to even come collect the vehicle in Bela Bela. The workshop that the dealership took the car to, told me and my husband that the diagnosis was made and the car was found that it didnt have transmission oil; and that the megatronic unit was removed and cleaned after it some metal fillings were found. We were told that the car was ok, the gears are shifting properly but it has bearing noise and that we must take it to a gearbox specialist. This came as a surprise as the car was still under warranty and that the dealership would take responsibility in fixing it. The fact that there was a noise that can be heard means that the car still has underlying problems. Problems that they knew about it from the onset but didnt disclose. I'm very unhappy with the Exclusive Auto's terrible treatment. The sales man Stephon, was very helpful in the beginning when i was buying the vehicle, upon all this complains, he's nowhere to be found. Their manager Caven Rorke refuses to take responsibility, wants me to pay for the repairs on the car! They have the car in their disposal but wants me to take it to a gearbox specialist, what were they doing all this time not attending to the problem? Its been almost 2 months now without the car and theý're saying we should come collect it as they wont be paying for the repairs and the storage for the car. I wish i had never bought my car from them! They're ******! Selling people cars knowing their cars already have problems and wanting the unsuspecting customers pay for their mistakes. I have consulted with my lawyer to assist with this matter!
