Spotter allowance

My name is Joseph Felix Mmotong my younger brother was looking for Toyota hilux legend 50 so I spotted one at exclusive motors Gezina then I sent pictures to him and he was was happy then I called exclusive autos then the lady called Celest help us to process and delivered the car with a chip on the windscreen Celest promised spotter allowance not less than 5k and she even asked me my banking details then I forwarded them to her and now it's a week and half I didn't receive anything from her when I asked last week she told me I will get the money by Friday so on Friday I contacted her she keeps on say don't worry you will get your money so please help me get my spotter allowance
