Smooth and painless! That is the only way to describe my experience. I suppose I was lucky to get Adele to assist me as I walked in, and everything that followed was effortless. The paperwork, financing the vehicle, the license, they even got my insurance sorted out. It was truly painless, effortless, and a pleasure doing business with them. I am happy.
