Poor Service

I will not recommend Exclusive Auto in Gezina to anybody to purchase car. I bought a Ford Ranger from them, and negotiated R7K discount and a full tank of diesel. They allowed the vehicle to leave the floor with tires that were run down uneven. When I complained about it the next day when I did wheel balancing, it took them a week to find second hand tires to replace the those on the car. The tires that was the replacements had only about 50% threat on them, and one was also run down uneven. I was informed that they gave me discount and that I got a full tank of diesel and as such cannot expect new tires. The vehicle cost over R370K after the discount and I expected to receive new tires as replacement for the worn tires.
