PATHETIC SERVICE DELIVERY

Bought a VW Tiguan at Exclusive Auto's , where a lot of promises were made in accordance to this deal that was not honoured. First my trade in vehicle was not settled on the agreed date as a result I had an installment that was not bargained for. They also said that my first installment would be at the end of April. I asked multiple times for them to make sure that my first installment would be at the end of April , my first installment is on the 1st of April so another installment that was not bargained for. I called them and enquired about this, all they said was that this was not their problem and had no reply to why my trade-in was settled late. I did not make a fuss over this, I only wanted them to register the car , I have called numerous times , asked if I could speak to a manager , all they said was he will give me a call back. It has been 25 days and still the vehicle has not been registered.

I would definitely not recommend these guys , as after the vehicle was bought I had absolutely no service from them at all.
