Only great when they sell ...

<p>We bought 2 vehicles in 2016</p> <p>1) Ford Ranger - <br />* Biggest issue is that we were not told that the vehicle was in an accident. The welding has started pulling loose and the vehicle is not safe to drive. <br />* Vehicle has had to go back to Pretoria on several occasions to sort out issues. many of these issues are still not resolved.<br />* No manual / service record of the vehicle; which we have been promised several times.<br />2) Hyundai - <br />* we were told that the brakes was "signed off on" - I am driving the vehicle for a month and the brake pads are finished. (I have actually booked her in to have them replaced for this week)<br />3) General<br />* Marnand was an excellent sales person when he was selling the vehicles too us; now we barely get a response. The excuse today was that management was not in and that no decision can be made.<br />* We were invoiced for the licencing in the region of R2500 p vehicle; yet the Hyundai's permit is incorrect and we had to go fetch the papers in Pretoria as suddenly we are too far to have them delivered.<br />* Most of the 5 stars in the FB rating is staff rating the company - this is not a true reflection of Exclusive Auto's</p>
