New car owners

We were in the market for a family SUV. A 7 seater. I found them on Facebook and upon contacting them, the car I enquired about was already sold. I then make contact with Braam, a sales bloke there. And damn. Was I impressed with all the effort he put into our experience.

He immediately send me alternative options. We then made an appointment to go and view the car on a Friday afternoon. They took my car for a test drive as I wanted to trade it on the new car.

They offered me an amazing price on my car as a trade in. I paid them on the Friday afternoon for the new car, and it was ready for collection on the Saturday. He waited until after trading hours to assist us as we got stuck in traffic.

I can highly recommend them! Especially Braam,

I should actually rectify this rating and state the true hassle that I'm experiencing with them regarding the above mentioned transaction. 3 Weeks later, and still no ownership papers received. After doing some digging, I found that the Natis documents were never in their possession and now, the are struggling to get it from the previous sellers. So they sold me a vehicle that was never on their dealer stock. And no matter how many phone calls, they have yet to rectify this. I now have a vehicle that I can't drive, due to my insurance requesting the original documents of the vehicle.
