My experience
I bought a polo trough exclusive Autos last year Feb in less than a month it started making a weird sound, then I was asked to take it back to their workshop later I was told that problem is a steering rack and I was required to pay more than 5k for them to fix it....I didn't have 5k on me by then I had to take back my car without being fixed yet I was told that should it give me issues within 3 months they gonna fix it. When I told them that they were now telling me stories
