Impeccable Customer Service

My first encounter with Exclusive Auto in Gezina was not the most pleasant experience but alas I ended up purchasing my first vehicle with them. The procedure was rushed and unfortunately there were a few errors that I had discovered 5 months later.

I was very reluctant to contact them as my experience was at first awful and very unprofessional. However I had to and I must say I am so impressed with the outstanding service delivered under such circumstances. Starting from the very beginning, the receptionist was very accommodating and referred me to an amazing gentleman by the name of Stef.

Stef you have out done yourself. Your customer service is impeccable and I hope you continue to deliver such a high class service.

To the amazing gentleman, Joel who personally took it upon himself to then drive me home after selling my vehicle which was a bitter sweet feeling.
