FROM GOOD TO VERY BAD

My initial review was very positive. They make you do the review while you do the purchase and you are sitting there. It is after you leave all things go south. They asked me where they should deliver my licensing documentation and I told them, however they followed a totally different route and it took a week and a half of struggles to get the documentation!! Don't let them activate the Tracker because you get a surprise when it comes through your bank account. Then you must provide proof, I mean this amount went through trackers bank account as well - they can follow it up, but the ladies there like to sit back and let you do the work - no after sales service. The sales lady's common response is she will find out and then you need to phone again in 2 days and there is still no adequate response!! Or, she was not at work?? There is a lot of reputable 2nd hand vehicle garages in that vicinity and I would suggest you visit Exclusive Auto last if you are desperate.
