Faulty cars and hidden defects

They keep a lot of faults from the customer and when defects are found after the sale, their customer service becomes shocking and the blame is put on the customer. Faults kept from the customer are ones that the eye will not see straight up. I think they even used tippex to whiten a scratch on the car which was only seem a few months later. First time using the spare key and it required a service. Rear light LED also burnt out, did not see lights in daytime when getting vehicle. DSG Sport mode issues also experienced.

Would never recommend buying from them.
