Excellent Service by Adele – Exclusive Auto’s, Pretoria Gezina

Working full time does not make shopping for a vehicle easy! To top it all, one cannot afford to make mistakes when buying a used vehicle. One particular Monday in August 2019, I saw a vehicle on the Internet advertised by Exclusive Auto’s that seemed to fulfil almost all my requirements, but I had a host of questions to be confirmed. My call to Exclusive Auto’s was answered by Adele and she responded to each question very patiently and with the greatest confidence. Even my technical questions were answered to the “T”. Adele understood my issue that I am unable to inspect the vehicle during the week and the inspection will have to wait until Saturday. Adele then offered to produce a live video of the vehicle, zooming in on all the features and the condition of vehicle to temporarily satisfy all the questions. Extreme effort and attention to detail was app**** when Adele made the video and I was convinced that I was happy that she demonstrated confirmations to all my questions and the condition. As a last step Adele then offered to bring the vehicle for a test drive and I was excited by the idea. Just before we concluded this arrangement I found another vehicle that definitely fitted my full specifications and I called Adele back to accordingly. She was not rude or nasty at all in fact she respectfully accepted the fact. Adele acted matured and very professional, thanked me for the interest shown in their dealership extended an invite to be of assistance with any additional help or advice that I MAY NEED. Adele is a living example of unselfishness and her unconditional help attests to her outstanding service delivery. One tends to classify the motor industry with men, but Sales Lady Adele, seems to pay REAL attention to the requirements of the CUSTOMER. I was highly impressed with all the initiative taken by Adele, her listening s****s and responses in line with the CUSTOMER NEEDS. Adele I was actually sad that I did not purchase from you. There is no doubt that I will refer any potential purchaser to you. Well done young lady!!! Keep up the good work!
