I can in all honesty say that I have experienced an extremely HIGH Level of service from EXCLUSIVE AUTO, in Gezina. The sales executive that I had the pleasure of dealing with is Adele and she is living up to the Exclusive Auto customer service promise. Many dealerships put up fancy slogans on their websites and all over the dealerships walls, but very few live up to them. EXCLUSIVE AUTO is totally different and the level of service that I received from them will guarantee that I will contact them first when buying my next car. I am based in Durban and I saw a vehicle advertised online at this dealership. I was a bit skeptical to buy from JHB as I can’t see what I am going to get but I sent through a query and had Adele call me back almost immediately. Adele took the time to understand mine and my family’s needs and went out of her way to structure a deal for me. Her manager Dewald Nel offered me the best trade in offer on my car and also gave me the new car at a much lower rate than other dealers. Dewald even offered to deliver the car to me at no extra costs. My initial finance was approved at a higher rate and I could not afford the instalments so I was on the verge of cancelling the deal when Dewald offered me a further discount on the car price to bring my instalments in line. This was a big gesture on his side and not something many dealers would do, as most dealers main priority is to make money and customer satisfaction comes second, but EXCLUSIVE AUTO puts customer satisfaction first as Dewald Nel clearly showed. It has really been a pleasure dealing with Adele and I am extremely happy with the high level of service that she provided to me. The service was more than I expected and Me, the customer was her top Priority. She even sent me several videos of the car both inside and out till I was happy with I was going to buy.
