Hi I phoned almost 30 stores/s****yards and the alike for a specific part for my Renault Scenic, eventually I called Exclusive Auto and spoke to Sulaiman, who listened to what I needed, told me he will have to find out for me whether he can source the part and he will call me back. Not only did Sulaiman do exactly as he said - which many other stores failed to do, he also came back with the best price, he was professional and well versed every step of the way. He asked me to provide a deposit and he will call me as soon as it arrives. I had another challenge for him, I would not be able to give the deposit on time as it would only reflect on Saturday and I wanted to fetch the part on Saturday for fitting. Not only did he trust I would fetch the part on Saturday, but he placed the order, and phoned me Friday when it arrived. He went a further mile, when I arrived and asked me for the old part so he can compare it to the one he ordered to make sure it is exactly what I need before I pay for the part, We confirmed it is an exact match and I paid, I then mentioned my mirror needs replacing and he said not too worry, I know the model and make of your car, he hopped out from behind the counter, took a photo of my mirror and said, "I have all your details and I will give you a quote by the new week" Now that is service! Did I mention they are a VW Auto shop and I requested and got parts for my Renault!! need I say more!
