Easy to buy just don't expect good service afterwards.

Like in the title easy to buy from them but my dealings afterwards sucked to say the least. Initially I got good service, but I guess people wanted their commission, so it makes sense but afterwards it's been a struggle. I bought a bike from them which is something new for them and not their specialty, but I struggled with the following. * a service was promised to me. Only got a partial one after a complaining and still waiting for their mechanic to do the rest. I find this extremely unprofessional. (no communication) * I had to do my own roadworthy, which I reluctantly did with promise of compensation but still waiting for feedback and compensation. The communication became less and less after the initial sale and now dead silence after a week. even called the manager on Wednesday with a promise to call me back. Never happened. * a gps was on the bike after taking it home I realized it was broken. So, it was never tested. I find this to be a bid devious because the gps sweetened the deal so to speak. Wian said they would have a look at it. It's been 2 weeks and no word. In general, I have found my dealings with this company to be less than satisfactory, and I am extremely disappointed. I don't think these people should work with bikes because they clearly not equipped to deal with it.

Wian I just want to say I am disappointed in you and your manager. You guys have left a sour taste in my mouth, and I would not recommend a person buying a bike from you guys. It's been a mess and to say I am dissatisfied is the understatement of the year.
