I would like to write a review about Exclusive Auto's

The sales lady, Adelé Rorke. I was looking for a vahivle for my son. We were not close to the dealership, so I phoned with some questions before making the decision to drive through. She obliged, and we drove througj the very next day. I was pleasently surprised to se the car was in fact in the prestine condition as explained telephonically. I made a offer the same day they accepted early the next morning, and on day 3 I took delivery.

The same day I filled up with gas and pumped the tyres, and I saw ons of them had a bubble. I sent her a photo, and she responded saying I can have one fitted, they'll pick up the tab.

Two days later the car experienced 'turbo lag'. They sent two drivers, fixed the problem the next day, and on day 3 delivered the car at my house again, whilst keeping me updated all the way.

People tend to report bad service all the time, I just decided to report on excellent service for a change....

Thank you Exclusive Auto's, and Adelé, for a kind of service I thought was extinct in South Africe....
