Abhorrent After Sale Service!!! Exclusive Auto was very eager to sell us a vehicle for R900 000. The vehicle was 3 years old. We purchased the vehicle at the end of November 2023. Between December 2023 and April 2024 we had 4 different mechanical / electrical items break on the vehicle, which was a significant expense for us to repair. My husband have contacted Exclusive Autos every week since the initial issue arose, either via phone call or e-mail. Every week we are promised they will provide feedback the next week. Not ONCE did Exclusive Autos reach our first. We will never support this business again. While you're interested in purchasing they cannot pursue you enough. Once you've purchased the vehicle though, you're completely on your own.
