Very bad

Hi not happy at abouth the service I got at exact Riverside Mall , I bought a phone on the display it was a 1500 and the moment a cashier scan it the price was up , I tried to ask one of the cashiers for a supervisor or a manager one of the cashiers say they don't have a manager in their store and I ask my self how come a big store like exact don't have a manager ,later one of the guys come by the tills to authorize some of the the item a customer bought and I ask why don't you authorize the phone because on the display it cheaper than the price I saw and the response was to they don't do price change on phone ,iwant to know why a big shop like that don't do price changes on phones but they did on other item ,poor service I received at e xact Riverside Mall
