Exact doesn't want to give me my money back

Good day I'm akhanya I bought a cell phone in Mosselbay and the phone gave me a problem so I gave them back to repair it so the time they took it they said it will take a month for repair so I wait for that month and I go back to the store and they told Samsung said they don't fix the phones since it's lockdown so I must wait they will give me a call so I wait and then I go back and ask them what is going on with this phone thing it's almost 3months I didn't get any feedback and they told me that Samsung said that they did send it back to them but they never receive it and I keep on. Going to the store and Exact people told me I must call them Samsung by my self because this phone it's missing case and they' ve got nothing to do with the phone because they are only selling the phone for Samsung so it's not their fault that the phone is no where to be found because the courier delivery it in the wrong place but i bought phone from Exact not at Samsung and they are giving me the attitude ...Can you please help or give me the advice what can must do because now it's almost a six month now
