EVZ Projects: Warning regarding overpromising, poor communication, and hidden terms

I am writing this to advise other consumers to exercise extreme caution before contracting EVZ Projects (Pty) Ltd. My experience with this company has been defined by overpromised results, exceptionally poor communication, and highly unreasonable, overpriced charges.

When booking their services under an expo promotion, everything is presented as a complete, all-inclusive package. However, once the upfront payments are made, the reality of their business model becomes clear. Their communication drops significantly, and you are left dealing with massive shortfalls between what was promised and what is physically delivered on your property.

Furthermore, their contracts contain hidden variables and highly skewed liability clauses designed to shift structural and financial risks entirely onto the customer while locking you into non-refundable terms. You risk being heavily overcharged for labor and physical materials that are never actually utilized or completed on your site.

If you are considering using this company, demand a complete, transparent breakdown of every single line item and do not hand over money upfront until you have thoroughly vetted their heavily one-sided terms.
