STAY AWAY FROM EVONET - IF YOU DONT YOU WILL BE SORRY!

Paying for FTTH 20MBPS up and down. Getting less than 10MBPS and often less than 1MBPS more than 80% of the time (normal hours to me) 6am to 8pm.

EvoNet keep passing the buck but will not refund me. Live chat staff apologize but DO NOTHING.

They make you download WinMTR, send them data and then ask you to switch on and off again on every support call. IT HAS NEVER WORKED!!! ***? This is the standard response every time. I don't get it. It's like their support are shown a script and they just go through the same BS every time.

My frustration has turned to anger and into rage from time to time. Now it is bordering on HATE for EvoNet!

Dont say i didn't warn you.
