Payment

Evonet took over Crystalweb. I paid end December my account in new Evonet account, but by accident paid end January 2019 my internet account in the Crystalweb account. I only realized it when I received an email from Evonet that my account is overdue. When I realized what happened I paid into Evonet account. I cannot contact Crystalweb, but it seems they have their banking account. My money which shows it is for internet usage has been paid into their (Crystalweb) account and after 7 days not yet reversed. According to the lady at Evonet this has happened to more than one customer and their money also not reversed. How can that account for Crystalweb, with Internet reference keep payments. As the takeover is only a few months ago, one should think that any monies for Internet will be paid over to Evonet.
