Evonet ISP - Took our payment, cut us off, and refuse to answer their line ***.

We were happy clients of Crystal Web (ISP). Last year we were taken over by a company called 'Evonet'. Ever since we've experienced the WORST service ever!! Yesterday Evonet cut off our internet. I managed to live-chat on their website; the person simple told me that they no longer support any adsl customers. We were not given any notice of this; and they have taken our payment in advance for March 2019. They refuse to answer their advertised line ********** ; and do not reply on email!
