Worst Sevice and Incorrect Supply with no replacement/refund

Ordered a Golf Mk1 Boot spoiler and waited very long to receive it. Once received, it was the incorrect part. When i contacted them, which is very difficult, they said that i should send it back at my cost and only after that will they send the correct part. Since the last return message, they do not answer any calls or whatsapp messages.
