Two years and still cannot return an incorrect item that was delivered to me.
Very unprofessional and ********* business. I ordered two items. One was a match the other item, a BMW MSport front spoiler was completely for another vehicle and does not fit into my vehicle. I have tried on many occasions since 2024 to resolve this either getting the correct part or a refund. You cannot contact a person to talk to. They eventually reply on *** asking to send the order details and never assist. I am sitting with this item and still not resolved. You keep following up and doesn't get the attention required. Can't seem to get my money back or proper assistance in resolving a simple issue. Be cautious when making purchases online with this company. They have also changed trading names. Can't be trusted.

BMW Bodykit
I ordered a BMW 1 series 1M body kit. Terrible service. If Kingston ever replies. It took over 2 months to get delivery. I had to contact the courier company and then find out that they were not paid for the delivery in full and hence couldn’t do my delivery. Also when the products finally arrived they were not OEM spec as advertised. The back bumper was bibreglass whereas it’s advertised as plastic. On further enquiry and follow up they now want to charge R14500 for a plastic bumper whereas my invoice and the website shows it’s a plastic back bumper. I would not recommend anyone buy from them.
