Don't Buy from them

Having Placed my order on the 17th of the month and paid, on the 20th I received an email saying I should pay, after endlessly trying to contact them asking if they received the payment, at long last they confirmed receipt of payment. Now the 30th of the month, they still haven't shipped out the item and I'm unable to get hold of them.
