Bad service and treatment

I regret the day I signed for this cover from everyrhing . Now i am struggling to buy a cellphone because of this claimcard from everything insure. I cant even buy a cellphone online and where i am residing we dont have makro, hificorp and incredible connection. It doesnt make sense at all if they send me a claimcard and it doesnt work online. I am shocked and disappointed with their service and decision. How do you expect me to buy this device in store whereas we dont have those stores in ladybrand
