Terrible experience with EverAfter Studios
<div>I signed a contract with EverAfter Studios (South Africa) for them to do the photography and videography at my wedding in April 2025 in Cape Town. They subcontracted other photographers to show up on the day without informing me. The contract said delivery of content within 20 days of the wedding. Over-edited photos were supp**** 2 months later. The video was only supp**** 7 months after our wedding after constant begging, and being ignored. Phone calls and messages ignored. Our wedding video didn’t include certain content such as vows and speeches as promised (also in the contract) and we are now paying someone else to make a video (luckily we managed to get the unedited video content) We are still waiting for our physical wedding album which was also supposed to be delivered within 20days of the wedding. On top of all of these issues, the owner *** is full of every excuse in the book as to why things haven’t been delivered and refuses to take accountability or to rectify the situation without being begged. Very poor communication. Unfortunately what should have been an exciting experience has turned into my nightmare. I wouldn’t wish this on any other bride/groom and therefore I would not recommend this company. We are having to go the legal route to get our content.</div>
Through legal proceedings we demanded multiple times that we were provided the full 1000+ edited photos as per contract. Without communication, Aden added exact duplicates onto our album and she then rep**** to the lawyers stating that she has not breached the contract due to enough photos being provided.
We are still waiting our raw photos which are contractually owed to us, now almost a year after our wedding.
It is extremely worrying how there has been no attempt to rectify the situation but rather legal letters are ignored. We are having to outsource someone to reedit our wedding video that was poorly done given the amount of time they took to do it.
I maintain that this company lacks customer service and the morality expected from a professional company when signing into an agreement.
