Absolutely terrible experience!

Absolutely terrible experience. I am extremely disappointed with the service we received. Communication was poor throughout, and when the photos were eventually delivered, the quality was far below expectations.

The collection included numerous images of empty tables and the backs of guests, while key moments from the evening were completely missing. There were also many duplicate photos seemingly included to meet the quoted quantity.

When we raised our concerns, instead of addressing the issues, the response was defensive and included accusations of defamation. This was both unprofessional and unacceptable.

I would definitely not recommend this company.
