Worst service ever

I have paid Evans debt solutions R8000. 00 in 2024 to get my name removed from debt Review. They said my name will be removed within 90 days. It's now January 2026 my name is still under debt Review. I have called them but they are not answering the phone... They promised to help me but now I am getting no response from them, they just vanished, I'm not sure why this kind of business still operate. I wrote countless emails to them, no response...Why???
