Poor service
Paid my last instalmet in August 2025 still awaiting my name to be cleared from debt review, being sending emails and contacting them everytime the same sorrt awaiting for the court order its been 7 months already and still nothing i paid almost R10 000 for my name to be cleared i think this is unexceptable and poor service to last engagement i have with them they requested my husbands documents that we submitted with them when we signed up with them, I need this to be sort out asap otherwise i will escalate the matter to the National Credit Regulator
