No confidence in Evans Debt Solutions

I recieved a message from Evans Debt Solution on the 27th of May 2024 that thanked me for fully paid up the amount that was set on the initial call to them on entering a agreement. It is now going on to 7 months after paiment where recieved by them an still after calling today I am informed that they can't even give me a estimate time frame for when it will be completed. Not very happy 😡😡😡 if only a person could be kept informed by them but if u don't call they just keep quiet, no correspondence from them. So think twice before asking Evans Debt Solutions for help.
