Name clearance on debt review

Hi i have paid them in full...On the 6th of May 2024 i received a whatsapp from a consultant saying that they have received all my payments and that o had to send pop which i did. I kept phoning and asking an update about my status and they kept saying it is with the legal department. It is now February 2025 i have spoken to Thozama and Amanda it was said that this matter will be given to Umbali in the legal department. I even sent them a mail no joy. This is now ridiculous.
