I canceled their service 2 months ago, after they deducted R1 149

I canceled their service 2 months ago, after they deducted R1 149.00 on my bank account and they promise to deduct 50% and refund me, till to date I'm waiting for my money. Please can you assist? I contacted them several times. Thank you
