Evans Debt Solutions should receive NO STARS!!!!

They called my husband, promising to end all our Debt Review woes but have left us in a position that is worse off. They did not even receive a signature or any documents from my husband, yet they proceeded to debit his account. When I called to query their actions, the lady contradicted most of what she told me.

Now that I am requesting copies of the agreements/applications that my husband has with them, they are ghosting me.

Very unprofessional and extremely poor service.
