Bad service and untrained staff.

After my registration with the company for a 6 month contract with them.... I was told to make 2 more payments of R1000 and that's when my suspicions got aroused... I called them to let them know that I'm out of work and therefore cannot continue with my payment I needed to Abbortt my contract and a full refund , a rude male consultant told me to find work and continue with my payments until I was cleared.... I need my my full refund from this company, please assist. Thank you.
