Rude and ***********

Worst experience at any hospital I've ever had!! Rather go to Zuid Afrikaans or Netcare Jacaranda - it's worth the little extra drive. The lady who "helped" me was both extremely Rude and, as it turns out completely ***********. She yelled at me and demanded a cash payment, whilst I was in severe pain and heavily medicated, and then she doesn't even do the basics of her job right to give me a radiology report to reclaim this from my medical aid.
