Complain against Daven in the EMR

I am apselutetly flabbergasted by the behavior of a front desck consulten DAVEN who gave no mind to us nor give us attention. My wife and I had an 8 o'clock appointment for a mammogram, there was a elderly white couple in front of us and we followed to be assisted however there came another elderly white couple he emmidiatly grated them asked to assist them. Daven's behavior was passive resisim which to his eyes we were invincible. He claims to have not seen us. I believe that there are cameras monitoring and in that case they should be viewed to proof my claims.
